When you connect with Grace, we keep your messages, her replies and transcripts of your calls.

If you agree before a call, we also keep a recording. When you share them, we keep your name, business, email and phone number, the time of any call you book, and whether you've consented to receiving texts. Grace also keeps short notes of what you've told her about yourself and your business. We also keep two technical details: a cookie that lets Grace recognize your browser, and the result of a check that you're a human being. Your browser also keeps a copy of your conversation, including anything you've typed and haven't sent, so the page opens just as you left it. That copy stays on your device, and clearing this site's data in your browser removes it. We use no advertising or analytics trackers.

What you share allows us to connect with you, and discover how Grace can be of service.

Your conversations let Grace pick up where you left off, wherever you connect with her. What you tell Grace, and what she comes to understand about you, stays out of her conversations with anyone else. Your contact details keep your conversations together, let us text you if you've asked, and, if you leave your contact info with Grace, let George, or Grace on his behalf, reach out to see whether you'd like to meet, find a time that works, send you the details of a call you book, and let you know when Grace is back if she's been paused. The technical details let Grace recognize you when you come back, share her time fairly and prevent abuse.

George, and AI working with him, read conversations to learn what people find valuable.

The AI teammates George works with are set up so your conversations stay out of AI training. A few companies work with us so Grace can connect with you, each under its own privacy terms. Right now, OpenAI powers her thinking, voice and web searches, and others host our website and your information in the United States, carry texts, emails and calls, and schedule and connect the calls you book with George. If you dictate a message, your browser's own speech service, such as Apple's in Safari or Google's in Chrome, turns your voice into text under its own terms, and we receive only the text. If something ever goes wrong with your information, we'll tell you promptly.

When you leave your contact info with Grace, she gives you a link to your own conversation with her, on her card. It's yours. Anyone with the link can open the conversation and write in it as you, and once Grace knows your name, its preview shows your first name and initials. We can pause or turn off any link, and you can ask us to turn yours off at george@graciously.ai.

We never sell your information, and beyond what's described here, we share it only when you ask us to. We do not sell or share your mobile information, SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We'd share information with the authorities only if the law requires it, or to protect someone from serious harm. If the company ever changes hands, your information would move with it, still covered by this policy.

We keep your information until you ask us to delete it.

When you ask, we delete your conversations, recordings, contact details and Grace's notes about you. Copies in our backups, and any copy our AI provider keeps of a recorded call, are gone within 30 days. One small record stays: your consent to texts and any request to stop them, kept for up to four years after we last text you. It shows we honored your choice, and it keeps a stop in place.

You can see, correct or delete your information whenever you like.

Email george@graciously.ai to ask for a copy, a correction or deletion, and we'll reply within 30 days. If you opt in to texts, message frequency varies with your conversations, and message and data rates may apply. To stop texts, reply STOP. Reply HELP for help. This freedom is yours wherever you live.

Grace is of service to businesses and the people who take part in them, so anyone 18 or older can connect with her.

People 13 to 17 who are part of a business's team can connect with Grace too, with a parent's or guardian's consent, out of respect and care. A parent or guardian can give consent by emailing george@graciously.ai. If you believe someone under 13 has shared information with Grace, or someone under 18 without that consent, email us and we'll delete it.

When we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.

For a significant change, we'll also tell you directly if we have a way to reach you.
