Discovering Grace

We're discovering what Grace is like, and how she can be of service.

Along the way, we're excited to meet people we get to be of service to. As the direction Grace takes becomes clear, we'll update these terms as we go.

Our agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Love Made Visible Inc., where graciously and Grace come from.

They describe what you can expect from us and what we ask of you. By visiting graciously.ai or connecting with Grace in any way, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Who can connect with Grace

Grace is of service to businesses and the people who take part in them, so anyone 18 or older can connect with her.

People 13 to 17 who are part of a business's team can connect with Grace too, with a parent's or guardian's consent. A parent or guardian gives consent by emailing george@graciously.ai, and agrees to these terms for the young person. If you connect with Grace for a business, you confirm you're allowed to agree to these terms on its behalf.

What we promise you

We'll be honest about what Grace is and careful with what you share.

  • Grace is an AI, and she'll always tell you so if you ask.
  • Only George, and AI working with him, read your conversations, and we use them only as our Privacy Policy describes.
  • We never sell your information.
  • You can stop texts and ask us to delete your information at any time.
  • We record a call only after you agree.
  • When these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you.

What we ask of you

Connect with Grace lawfully and kindly.

Please:

  • connect with Grace within the law, and never ask her to be part of breaking it;
  • treat people with care: never ask Grace to harass, threaten or deceive anyone, and never pretend to be someone else;
  • contact only people who've asked to hear from you;
  • respect Grace's limits, and leave our systems alone;
  • ask before collecting information about other people;
  • keep anything you copy from graciously.ai and Grace for yourself.

We may limit or end access for anyone for violation of these terms.

What Grace is

Grace is an AI teammate.

She connects, remembers and serves, and she can make mistakes.

  • Grace's words and voice are generated by AI.
  • Her answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it.
  • For legal, medical, financial or other professional decisions, talk with a qualified professional.
  • Grace can search the web. The sites she finds belong to others, and we're responsible only for our own.

Grace is early

She's still growing, and she'll keep changing as we go.

graciously covers her costs during this discovery.

  • Everyone has a set amount of chat and call time, and Grace will let you know when it runs out.
  • We may change, pause or end any part of Grace at any time.
  • If you leave your contact info with Grace, you agree that George, or Grace on his behalf, may reach out to see whether you'd like to meet and to find a time that works. Neither of us is committed to anything until we both agree.

Texts from Grace, and calling her

Right now, you connect with Grace on graciously.ai, and texts and phone calls with her come next.

When they open, these terms cover them.

  • Program: Grace by graciously, from Love Made Visible Inc.
  • What you'll get: texts that continue the conversations you start with Grace: answers and follow-ups you ask for.
  • How you opt in: by texting Grace first.
  • How often: message frequency varies with your conversation.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Stop anytime: reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also tell Grace or email us.
  • Opting in is your choice. You can connect with Grace without it, and it's never a condition of buying anything.
  • Calling Grace: once her phone line opens, call her number and she answers in her AI voice. She places no calls herself.
  • Support: george@graciously.ai
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number.

Call recordings

We record a call only after you agree, and we tell you before recording starts.

The Privacy Policy explains how recordings are kept.

Your content

What you share with Grace stays yours.

You give us permission to store and use it so Grace can connect with you and remember your conversations, and so we can discover how she can be of service, as the Privacy Policy describes. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely.

What Grace writes for you is yours.

Our content

The graciously and Grace names, and graciously.ai, belong to Love Made Visible Inc.

What we can't promise yet

Grace is an experiment, offered as it is while we build.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we can't promise she'll always be available, accurate, or right for a particular purpose.

Limits on liability

Grace is free, and Love Made Visible is a very small company, so we keep what either of us can claim from the other modest.

  • Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect losses, like lost profits or lost data.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to Grace is limited to $100.

These limits apply only as far as the law allows, so some may not apply to you.

Taking responsibility

Each of us takes responsibility for our own actions.

If someone brings a claim against us because you broke these terms, you'll cover our reasonable costs of responding to it.

If something goes wrong between us

Talk with us first, and we'll do our best to work it out together.

  • Email george@graciously.ai and tell us what happened. George will read it himself and reply.
  • If we can't resolve it, Delaware law governs these terms, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Delaware, unless the law where you live gives you a different right.

Ending

You're free to step away from Grace at any time and ask us to delete your information.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. The sections on your content, what we can't promise yet, limits on liability, taking responsibility, and if something goes wrong between us continue after access ends.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top.

For a significant change, we'll also tell you directly if we can. Continuing with Grace after a change means you accept the updated terms.
